Superb choice / superb price and value
Been building my collection of Rockingham forge knives as an avid home cook! These are professional quality, affordable in price and have no hesitation to recommend! I am building my collection of the Equilibrium range, but other ranges / styles available to suit budget and personal preference in design, look and feel! Not sure if any significant difference in material or quality accorss the different ranges but happy to say that the Equilibrium range and price Point is definitely one to be considered for a home chef looking for quality knives that will last!

Rockingham Forge RF-1506 - Coltello per disossare
Lunghezza complessiva: 28,3 cm; lunghezza lama compresa curva ma calcagno escluso: 14,0 cm; lunghezza lama al nodo, calcagno incluso: 15,0 cm. Affilatura della lama con angolo a 'V', verificata con lente 15x - sufficientemente rigida. Dorso arrotondato. Il baricentro è a 8,0 cm dal testo dell'impugnatura (dall'estremo del manico). Affilatura della punta evidentemente asimmetrica ! (errore di molatura) Guancette in plastica, in controluce anche un poco rovinate con segni. Confezionato con scatola di cartone nera e riempimenti sagomati per ritenuta. Coltello decente, sanza infamia e sanza lode.
