Love, love, love this hair color! Have been trying to find a no ammonia hair color that is easy on my hair, and this is it! SO easy to use, and the color came out magnificent! Covered my gray for the most part, though I don't mind a little gray showing.

This hair color product arrived in perfect condition. It is actually in better condition than I thought it would be. In the local retail store , it is always hard to remove from the plastic shelving and is often bent . I love buying this via Amazon . Great price too .

In a desperate attempt to salvage the situation, I decided to give the product a second chance. I purchased a second box, hoping that perhaps the first experience was a fluke. Alas, it proved to be an exercise in futility. The results were disappointingly consistent, with the gray hairs stubbornly remaining unaltered by the dye. The inability to cover stubborn gray hairs at the temples is a significant drawback. The promises it makes remain unfulfilled, leaving me yearning for a more effective solution. So, tread cautiously in the realm of Clairol Natural Instincts Demi-Permanent Hair Dye. Be prepared for the possibility of disappointment and frustration, particularly when it comes to tackling stubborn gray hairs. While it may have worked for some, it fell short in my personal experience.

Much more brown than on the box I was expecting that though I just think light brown is more accurate that dark blonde I think to get dark blonde you’d need too bleach first

I feel like these are getting smaller & smaller. Yes my hair is below my shoulders and medium thickness - it took 3 boxes to do my entire head. One box is probably enough if you have fine short hair, otherwise you'll need extra. Coverage was decent, but I don't have any greys so I cannot comment on that.

I really like this hair colour. My hair was professionally highlighted for years, but I wanted something different and easier to manage. Application was easy. It does come out much darker than expected but lightens with a few washes. I also used a blue shampoo to tone down any red. My hair feels much healthier. It blended my roots to the rest of my hair perfectly. I do have some greys, it did colour them but as a highlight. If you have a lot of grey I’m not sure this would be your best option.

I love this formula. I’ve used it in other colours and it turned out great. But please don’t put dark blonde on blonde hair unless you’re looking for medium to dark brown hair. The colour name and the box is very misleading.
