Does this work with regular zoom meetings? do we need zoomroom setup?

Hello Irshad - you need a Zoom Room setup for the 360 Z V2 to work properly. The Zoom Room setup allows for all of the capsules to combine and be recognized as 1 single unit.

Can this be linked to a computer, using the Microsoft microphone app to record?

No - the AC360ZV2 is exclusively for Zoom Room systems. To use with a different platform I recommend looking at the AC404
