So far so good, I’ve only been taking Niacin 500mg once in the morning for almost a week, I do get a bit red and I do feel the slight itchiness sensation, but it goes away so it doesn’t bother. I can of like getting flushed cheeks and it shows me the body is absorbing it. I did notice I don’t crave sweets as before, I can easily say no to dessert! And lately I was feeling a bit down and depressed so sweets were my go to for a little dopamine. I am considering whether to increase the dose or not in the future. I find it digestible. So it seems to be of good quality

Well packaged and encapsulated, 1k mg, full flush Niacin capsules are HARD to find. I have been a Twinlab Niacin user for that very reason for the past 4 years. Under my physician's advice & monitoring (including periodic blood tests within each calender year to check my liver enzymes, etc.), I take 3k FULL-FLUSH Niacin per day to control my cholesterol and triglycerides. Unfortunately, Twinlab has twice fallen into a production backlog of sorts that has last months before being restocked in store. The first time it happened I wrote Twinlab and got a swift reply from corporate that they were not discontinuing the 1k version of their product and would have it back on shelves within one month. The second time - a few months back - I again wrote them but this time no response. Vitacost has a cheaper, 500mg product but I had to get used to gritty, excess Niacin powder outside the flimsy capsules and take 6 capsules daily. With Horbaach, I am back to 3 capsules, no powdery residue and packaging I can trust. Please note that if you have never taken full-flush (it won't say that on the front of the bottle. Instead, the words "flush-free" will be absent on the front label and the back label will include a warning about what to expect with flushing) it packs a punch that can be very unpleasant at high doses (for new users). I learned about Niacin as a cholesterol & triglyceride supplement from Life Extension Magazine online. After doing extensive research I consulted my physician and mapped out a plan to gradually dose up to the amount that is reported to be effective on cholesterol & triglyceride levels. I only take my full flush Niacin once per day as the studies I've read show that taking it multiple times per day increases the chance of liver damage.

I wanted to take this to lower cholesterol. I took two pills as the bottle said. I have taken Niacin in the past that had the "flush" and it was uncomfortable, but not unbearable. I got used to it and even kind of liked it as time went by. This was sooooo different! I thought I was going to die! I was not only burning all over, but I was so weak I couldn't stand up. I kept feeling I was going to pass out. I needed to throw up, but I couldn't. I had bad diarrhea of eveything in my stomach--couldn't stop, even though I was so weak I could hardly stay in the bathroom! After the burning finally eased up a little, I started freezing and shaking uncontrollably. I wrapped up in an electric blanket, and it didn't matter. My body was shaking violently, and nothing I did would stop it. Later, when the freezing calmed down some, I started aching all over--so bad that I started wondering if maybe I had Covid and it wasn't the Niacin after all. The aching was pretty much gone the next morning, but I felt sick and weak for three days after taking this--like my body had been violently assaulted! I'm amazed nobody has actually died from taking this or that the company is allowed to sell it and hasn't faced a lawsuit! This was torture! Not worth it! There are other brands that don't do this!

Works great. Do not purchase if you do not like flushing

THIS IS A FLUSHING NIACIN. What I did was buy empty pill capsules split one of the Niacin capsules in to thirds. Which is approximately 170mg. I wasn't ready to do 500mgs at the beginning. So there definitely, is a Flush even using this low amount. I will increase the dosage to to halves for a capsule which will be 250mgs starting next week. I believe go low and slow, people give up on this powerful supplement because they took too many mgs. That's my way of doing these supplements, hope that helped somebody.

Good product make sure to read directions I just took the pill on empty stomach don’t do that it causes flushing this let me know this product works like it supposed to from now on I take on a full stomach highly recommend

This niacin capsules work exactly as expected. The quality feels solid, and the dosage is strong, so you definitely notice the effects. Just a heads up, the flushing is real, so if it is your first time using niacin, start slow. Overall, a great product if you know what you are getting into and want a reliable vitamin B3 supplement.

I started off with the flush-free version of Niacin. After researching that the flush-free doesn't offer as many cardiovascular benefits as regular niacin, I decided to give this product a try. I probably should have started off with 250mg from a different product and worked my way up to this product. This stuff will make you flush hard. I feel a tingle in my ears and I know its coming. After 10-15 minutes, I look like I just got back from the beach without sunscreen. Interestingly enough, it feels JUST like a sunburn. It's very uncomfortable, but only lasts about 45 minutes. From what I understand - the flush diminishes after a month of use. If you are not building up and want to jump in like I did, you may want to take an 81mg of aspirin 30 minutes prior to taking this for a reduced flush effect. Update: I am almost done with my first bottle, a couple things I want to note - I shop heavily based on user ratings of products, this product is absolutely fantastic and for those leaving low ratings due to the crazy flush they got is absolutely ridiculous. Regarding the flush - it is quite powerful and uncomfortable at first. It took about 2 weeks of muscling through it before the flush was barely noticeable. About a month in, I don't even flush for more than 5 minutes. At the end of my supply, I don't flush at all. I can tell that it's hitting me because my mouth gets kind of dry and I feel a tingle sensation in my tongue. If you can make it past the two week mark when the Niacin levels equalize in your blood stream and your liver isn't shocked to hell from the flood of Niacin, this product is absolutely fantastic.

Purchased twice now. Always a great flush when taken with warm water upon bedtime. I love the itchy prickly sensations. Brain fog, anxiety and depression begone! This is the bestest among 3 other brands that I have tried. Ribuan terimakasih. Thousands of thanks for making this amazing vitamin.
