I use Seasoning is all of my day to day cooking as I was running low on Thyme, I comparison shopped online this item popped up, the price was/is considerably lower that most chain grocery stores, so I decided to give it a try. Wow it is Organic, the shelf life is two years, always good to know, and taste is as good as buying a Fresh herb. I recently read of the many benefits of thyme for your health. I haven't reallly used this spice often and decided I would start incorporating it in many ways and more often. I started shopping locally and couldn't find organic or in some cases at all. Perhaps others read the same article and there was a rush on thyme. I was happy to find it on Amazon and got it in a few days. The price was in line with what it would have been locally for me. It smells great and tastes good. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Thyme is critical for meat brine.
Got to have this for my brine. Any meat brine is better with Thyme.
