So glad I have this recipe book.
I bought this book a few years ago for one recipe. I read an article about this chef and there was a picture of her Keema Sua Pulao. So I tracked down her recipe book to see if it would be there, and it was!!! The recipe is so good that I’ve never made anything else in her book 🤭.

Creative and Simple

Beautiful pictures and great recipes
Asma Khan is a legend and her book is every bit as good as the restaurant. The recipes are homestyle and dont have bog-standard Westernized Indian food. If you're looking for saag paneer and chicken tikka masala, this is not for you.

Ate at the restaurant in London and was sad I didnt have enough room in my luggage to buy the book. Glad to see the e-version has America-friendly units :-) The roti recipe was the only one that seemed a little off, but I was able to adjust with more liquids.

Recipes very mediocre!
I tried a few recipes in this book and found them worse than mediocre!I do not know why these cooks write books when they do not intend to give one the actual recipes!!
