Is cuff spring loaded like many of Omron models?

Hello, I am unsure what you mean by cuff spring loaded like Omron models. Our cuffs are attached to the side of the monitor and can be easily removed. The cuff is wrapped around your arm and is not preformed on this model.

Can the data be downloaded to a computer as a csv file?

Yes it can. The iOS version has an option under the hamburger menu to export data. I've used it to email a *.csv file to myself.

What kind of warranty comes with this??

I don't know about the warranty details, but my experience was great. Mine stopped working after several years, so I called them. They walked me through a sufficient test to say it had died. I sent it in with a small payment (don't recall amount, but it was small -- maybe for shipping). Received a new machine right away. I'm pleased.

What’s the name of adapter if I need get one?

My understanding is that UA-767FAC comes with the adapter. I ordered UA-767F and it doesn't have the adapter. However, the user's manual states that the adapter number is TB-233.
