Great tea
I love this tea, and I've bought several. What I love about the tea is it does help! Inflammation is down, I find the anti-anxiety blend makes me feel more relaxed (perfect for before bed) I really love the taste and how I feel when using this tea once or twice a day

Delicious!
I love this tea so far! It has a light floral scent. I drank it instead of my nightly chamomile and it was nice and relaxing. I also brought some to work this morning to enjoy throughout the day! Another great tea to add to my rotation.

Flavorful, Clean Tea
I’ve been enjoying this new tea blend and even tried the recipe that was posted on another site (add a little bit of coconut milk and honey) and it was delicious! I like that this company offers high standard teas that are organic & non-GMO. I also appreciate that Autoimmunitea donates a portion of sales back to AI research. Thanks Amazon for selling this brand!

Actually WORKS
Actually WORKS! (Besides being divinely delicious!) I have major adrenal issues and high cortisol symptoms that always make falling asleep a long process and the classic 3 am sudden waking. I do take melatonin. But it doesn’t stop these issues. But …The first night I drank this it really impacted me - it felt incredible to feel so mellow and centered. I slept great! I didn’t even wake up in middle of night! Now I find myself looking forward to my new “mini spa like ceremony” before bed! Also the quality and aroma of these herbs in the silky sachet is so luxurious!

Not good and I love lavender
Poor quality a lot of it is twigs/ stems and dusty, the flavor is also not great (weak - even when you use a lot). Save your money.

So nice!
I follow the AIP Paleo diet which means I've had to eliminate many things, so I was super excited when I learned about this new line of teas (saw it on Instagram). I really love lavender, and always try to drink organic tea, so this blend is really perfect! I originally thought I'd just drink it at bedtime, but I find that it's also a nice treat during the afternoon, with some coconut milk. I'll definitely be trying the other blends soon!
