Great little machine if you don’t want a treadmill or to go out running. I aim for 800 steps a day which is 20 mins and I do get a little sweat and heat rate increase . To create more resistance I kind of squat to feel the burn. I don’t really use the bands Pros : small , compact , light weight Cons: it’s not silent , slight noise but this doesn’t bother me . You might want to use an exercise mat underneath it not because it marks the floor but to make less noise if you use in your bedroom for example or live in a flat .

I'm really pleased with the stepper. The piston action is robust and along with the resistance bands it gives a great workout. I work from home and was thinking this would help me get my 10,000 steps. NO CHANCE. It's brutal... I have jelly legs after 1000. Altogether it's a great piece of kit. It takes up very little room, it's great quality and sturdily built and I feel fitter after a few days using it. It's also low-impact so seems to help my sore knees which can suffer a bit if I run. Really good value, good quality machine.

This stepper is an excellent piece of equipment for toning your legs and getting a great workout. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but I can already feel the muscles in my legs engaging and working effectively, especially in the calves, thighs, and glutes. It’s a really efficient way to get a good cardio session while focusing on strengthening and toning lower body muscles. The only downside I’ve found is that it doesn’t have handles to help you stay steady and maintain balance, which could be an issue for some users, especially during more intense workouts. Despite that, I’ve already recommended it to several friends, and they’ve purchased it as well. It’s an affordable, compact, and useful tool for anyone looking to tone their legs at home.

This is a great machine for getting a sweat on. Yiu can set the step height, so if you're tall or short, want it easy and quick or more difficult and slower, you can easily configure the height needed. I'm 6ft and I've it set to quite a high step height. It's smooth, quiet and stable. The rubber stoppers on the feet are maybe a little plasticky, so it might be better to use it on carpet, or a mat, rather than on laminate or hardwood. I've used it on wood flooring and it feels like repeated use might either mark the floor or the stopper itself will crack. However, there's no sign of that happening yet so it might not be the case. Time will tell. It will really work the legs, be warned! There's good resistance in the stepper, meaning you have to power through the steps. The hand grips are comfortable and fit bigger hands comfortably. If you have giant hands, then maybe not so comfortable. The tension in the arm exercisers is a fraction of that in the stepper, so they're fairly easy. But they help keep the rhythm and balance, so maybe they have a wider use beyond just exercise. This is a very good mini stepper!

I was very excited to receive the stepper, but it came with no resistance bands in the box. The stepper itself is great but I was disappointed as the x2 resistance bands were missing from the package. On the box itself it says that it comes with bands (in writing and picture), on website is stated as it comes with bands as well. So, unfortunately, I decided to return the item.

This is quite a good step excise machine for legs & body, the only downside I can say is that it quite stiff to to work with so unable to do steps for long periods.

Got this little equipment as a birthday gift to myself toboost my consistency with working out at least 3-4 times a week as I end up not going to the gym due to work and I must say that I’m glad I did. It was easy to set up and requires less storage space. It is also not loud which I love as I can work out anytime of the day without waking the entire house. The display screen showing time, steps and the number of calories burned is also very useful to keep track of my progress. Get these guys it’s worth it. Have had it for like a month now and I have no regrets.

Absolutely delighted with this stepper! Took me a while to decide which brand and model to pick. At the end went with this one even though its not cheap but no regrets at all! 10/10.

This is a sturdy and well-made little machine. I like everything about it. I had some issues with a missing washer when I got the machine, because Amazon had carelessly thrown the machine into a box. I called the customer service number on the manual and was amazed at the good quality of the customer service. A rep answered the phone promptly, spoke perfect English, and was very helpful. He explained I could use the machine without the washer and ordered a replacement part for me. I'm astonished that any company still exists that produces a solid, sturdy, functional, affordable little machine like this one and with good customer service to boot. This is how things used to be in the 1960s! I'm happy with this little machine. It's compact, easy to store, well-made, and a pleasure to use. Very simple, very functional. The display that shows steps, time, and calories is clear and easy to read. Definitely a nice workout "snack".

Very good. Its portable enough to fit in small places and works good. You feel it through the whole body after a few seconds. A good buy.
