I’ve tried quite a few ready-to-drink protein shakes over the years, and the Core Power Strawberry Banana flavor is one of the better-tasting options I’ve found. I love the brand in general and find the smoothness and taste top tier but I also enjoy this flavor. The flavor strikes a nice balance between strawberry and banana without either one overpowering the other. It tastes more like a real fruit smoothie than a typical protein shake, and it avoids the overly artificial sweetness that many competing products have. The texture is smooth and creamy without being overly thick. From a nutrition standpoint, the 26 grams of protein make it a convenient post-workout option or an easy way to increase daily protein intake when I’m short on time. It keeps me feeling full longer than many snack options and is easy to grab on the go. I also appreciate that the shake doesn’t leave a strong chalky aftertaste, which is often a problem with high-protein beverages. I had to be on a mostly liquid diet for months prior to and after a surgery. These were recommended for their protein content. I tried several different flavors and this one was the best flavor in my opinion. I drank two of these a day for a while and really enjoyed the quality and how easy they were to use. I would recommend these. They are very pricey though.

Love this Protein shake, not at all chalky and the nutritional ingredients are on target. It taste great over ice and can be mixed in with other fruit in blender. Price is also cheaper here than anywhere I have checked!

My favorite premade ready-to-drink protein shake. The strawberry-banana flavor tastes more like a real milkshake than a protein drink. I like the flavor and it doesn't have an artificial aftertaste like some other drinks do. 26g of protein with only 6g of sugar is also great compared to other options. The calorie content is reasonable at 170. I usually grab one after a workout on the road, or for a quality, high-protein snack.

Tastes very good. Love it! Don’t use as a meal replacement does not keep you full. It’s a good way to supplement if you have focus issues.

I love the product and have it on auto ship. I received an order and the expiration date was 9 months prior to the date I received them. The problem was I noticed it about the third one in. The taste was off and it appeared a lot of the powder that makes it up was caked around. Did some investigating and I have thrown the rest away. Here are the dates on the bottle. It was made 7/27/24 and good till 7/27/25. I received in April of 2026. Amazon needs to do better.

Banana and Strawberry is a great flavour
