Great product for the money. I am getting in great shape, I have never been so ripped. My workout takes about 40 minutes 3 times a week and the results are in the mirror. Also there are endless exercises you can do, I am just scratching the surface. I use an Oak tree outside, but the options for hanging the rings are endless. I have been using mine for about 4 months now continuously with no quality issues. Go big! I should also mention, this isn't my first picnic, I have used every workout device on the market, done the gym thing extensively, but I think sometimes the simplest solutions that use your own body resistance are the smartest.

Like: sturdy buckles and straps, rings are a good width and seem strong for anything I can do with them. I definitely trust this setup to hold my body weight.Don’t like: buckles are a bit awkward to thread, takes a few tries to get it right, but still works totally fine after.All in all: it’s not a TRX setup but if you can be happy with simple equipment you will be fine with this.

Just super awesome. Wood handles feel great and don’t slip, the straps are plenty long and strong, they support all 235lbs of me without complaint. The only negative is it is a bit difficult to route the strap through the latch, but once in it is easy to adjust and smdoesnt slips, so I suppose that’s a small price to pay.Much better than I thought I would get for the money!

Most all rings have the same strap, buckle and rings. This product seems strong and durable. Will do the job.

Great rings for doing crossfit workouts at home. These were easy to install, I love the velcro wraps attached to each strap for binding up the extra slack and keeping it out of the way and looking nice. Be careful, if you buy these undo the velcro strap keeping the straps bound in a tight circle (like in the picture). I almost used my box cutter to cut it off. Luckily I didn't because that is the attached strap that wraps up the slack when installed. They are very sturdy. My husband is 230 pounds and used these with no problems. No strap slip, no flex in the wood rings.

My son ask me to order these to change up his workout. He initially wanted to do dips with these. The first day he was happy with the ease of setup, but couldn’t do the exercise he intended to do. Nothing wrong with the product he just needed to work his way up to this. He researched beginner workouts and found plenty of exercises he can do. He said they are sturdy and effective while being challenging enough to switch up his workout routine.

I have nothing to compare this with, but I will say the wood is nice and smooth and the straps are durable and long. No complaints, very happy with this.

Fast on-time delivery, and the rings are well made, suspension straps easy to set up, and the price was right! I'd order the same set again if I ever need an additional set.
