So much vinegar! The taste is what you'd expect from rice vinegar. Makes great pickled veggies. Arrived perfectly packaged with no leaks.

Rice vinegar is crazy expensive in the store, if you can even find it, and if you can find it outside those tiny joke jars that you get an exorbitant price on. Even "regular" bottles are priced at dumb. These double-order bottles make me fee free, even as a frugal person, to use rice vinegar without sweating the price. Unseasoned flavor is fine nice and light, easy enough to actually drink down if you believe drinking vinegar is healthy. I'll sometimes drink down left-over rice-wine vinegar dressings just for the taste of the herbs ad spices I mixed it with. It's not caustic or spicy enough in any way to turn me off from that, and makes fora salad dressing all by itself, no oil needed, and virtually zero-calorie. That's a lot of benefit in one product and at such a cheap price. I eat a big lunch salad every day and it takes me forever to get through a single gallon
