Are these creamy as the pictures show them to be or are they hard like all the reviews say they are?

They are hard! Definitely not creamy as pictured. Very disappointed

Description says "pack of 12", but I only got one pack.

They’re very dry as of the were expired. Personally, I will never ever purchase this again from this vendor.
