Does it make legs look tan?

I didn't like this one at all. It didn't go on smoothly and when I rubbed it in it streaked and pilled on my legs. I had to wash it all off, just couldn't make it work even after trying half a dozen times. I finally threw it out.

No it's NOT Water Proof. I Use IT on My FACE To Improve My Skin Tone & Complexion.. It Works Great For The Face Too.. Great Item.. Will Buy This Again. I'm VERY Happy With The Results I Get..
