Is the liquid in the oranges supposed to be full of little gelatin balls?

what do I do with damaged product

Report it to customer service, on the delivery page you can ask for refund or replacement, ask for replacement and it will ask you why or direct you to customer service. As long as you're not a chronic abuser of this service, I've never had a problem getting a refund or replacement.
