Alarm is quiet even if I press for ten seconds Does this mean it is faulty

Does it come with a fitment

If your asking does it come with screws and wall plugs then yes a two minute job to put up

I ordered several smoke alarms and 1 is now showing low battery the co2/smoke alarm is given a fault siren. How do i go about getting these replaced?

I haven’t come across a detector/alarm with replaceable batteries. So it’s bite the bullet and order a replacement. Or you could call customer service and ask them how long they think the batteries should last - worth a try!
