Works as advertised.
I doubt that I would have been able to insert the locking strip into the window seal without a tool like this.

Where has this tool been all my life?
Popped the window out of my track loader, backing in the woods into a branched. Had a hell of a time trying to work it in using screw drivers, lube and putty knife. Got it in about a third of the way and my neighbor stopped ny and said he saw a window guy use a tool and went right in within minutes. We looked on line and he said this was it. Ordered it and it put the trim in within a few minutes. WOW what a time saver. Worth every penny, especially because I didn't break the window by accident! If I never use it again it was worth it.

other than the fact I don't like climbing step ladders anymore
Had a windshield popout problem on motorhome. I tried to get the glass and seal back, using a couple of screwdrivers, that turned out to be virtually impossible. I talked to the safelite man, and he said he did not do motorhome windshields, so I asked him if he would show me what tools he would use, if he did. He showed me a tool similar to this Lisle 47 tool, and explained about how to do it, using warm soapy dish liquid. I then found this tool on amazon, and ordered it and received in a few days. This is quite rugged, and works very well, just don't get in a hurry, and look at the instructions which there are not many. Also take a look on youtube for a video. In my case it turned out to be a fairly painless job, other than the fact I don't like climbing step ladders anymore. In my case I also fabricated a clip that would bite slightly in the rubber seal, and hold the rubber seal in place on upper right hand corner of windshield. Its been good every since. I carry this tool in the motorhome just in case. Worked great for me
