Where is this jacket made?

The tag says its made in Pakistan but at least it's not China.

Why are the sleeve lengths extremely long? Need feedback, please

Because if the sleeves were short and you are riding a bike the sleeves would up past your wrist with your hands on the handlebars. And in cold weather riding such as fall or winter riding wearing gloves and with the longer sleeves you can tuck the gloves up under the sleeves. The sleeves also have zippers so you can tuck the gloves up under the sleeves and zip the zipper down for a tighter fit around the gloves. And if you wear gauntlet gloves they can be pulled up over the sleeves. All about keeping out wind during cold weather riding.
