The first one that I ordered cut out and stopped working within a week, I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement, which worked great, very pleased with the customer service. Other than that this kit has been great for what I need, I use it to spray warhammer characters.

Bought this machine to manipulate alcohol inks. The one in the case is not the same model as the one without the case. It is not air on demand. Therfore, I am returning it for the other model. This worked fine, maybe a little too low of pressure and I did not like the fact the compressor can constantly. For a few LESS bucks I can get the one that IS air on demand. I don't know why anyone wouldn't. Their customer service is fantastic! Would definitely recommend this company to purchase from! UPDATE! The new machine came in (the one without the case) and it's exactly what I wanted. Air on demand, powerful and works wonderfully. Keep in mind, I use mine for only blowing air to manipulate alcohol inks, resin and such, I have not used this to spray paint.

Have had for three months now. It worked amazing the first few times we tried it, was very efficient and easy to use. We cleaned it as recommended and made sure to use airbrush paint but after the first few uses it started spitting paint and not working properly. Now it does not work right at all and paint doesn't spray. Very disappointing purchase.

This was the first airbrush I have used for cake decorating. It was inexpensive and a good investment for learning to airbrush. I like that the compressor is small, making it very portable for on the go jobs and touch ups on site. It works great on fondant and crusted frosting. It is too powerful for soft frosting and will ruin the decorations. I have not figured out how to get a pencil thin line for drawing on cakes with it just yet. It works much better for wider designs and over all color when you can't or don't want to color it before decorating. (Metallic colors work great this way!)

Just purchased and received this guy today. And its AWESOME! I was a tad worried by some of the negative reviews. Perhaps they just received faulty units, but mine worked perfectly. I used it to airbrush a model aircraft. And I did the entire plane with two thorough coats. Further I was using a regular model paint that I thinned for airbrushing, Everything worked great. The two stage trigger gives great control for tight areas, the needle depth setting is good for keeping you from spraying too heavy. I ran the compressor for at least 30 minutes during both sessions. My only complaint would be that for someone without much technical or mechanical knowledge, that the instructions don't have enough info on how to get started. Yet for someone who bought this there is plenty of information to fix that on the web or you-tube. All in all, it was a great purchase, does exactly what I intended it for, so I would most certainly recommend this item to others.

I liked the airbrush itself. It had a good enough spray pattern for my needs when I was able to utilize it. That is the only reason why this product has received 3 stars. The compressor, while it was still functioning, was fantastic. Up until it overheated the first time. From what I understood, it was meant to have a cut off switch that would turn off the compressor before it overheated to the point of damaging the internals, but mine did not have such a feature. After a few hours, it stopped working. After taking it apart and examining the circuit board, I found that it had burnt its way through a connection that was needed to make the compressor run. I pushed it back into place, but it will need resoldering in order to continue to function. I also noticed that some other areas of the circuit board had been burnt enough to change the color of the backside of the board. So I would say that it is worth it if you have another compressor, preferably one with a tank and the proper adapters to fit the airbrush, or if you buy the airbrush by itself instead of with a package deal it would be worth more than getting this compressor, unless you plan on light uses, around 15 to 30 minutes at a time. The compressor did offer consistent airflow while it was functioning, so I guess that is a plus.

I didn't know if i would be any good at air brushing, but I've really enjoyed this airbrush, it's easy to operate, clean, and the handy little compressor is great so that i don't have to use my big air compressor with all kinds of pressure issues and stuff. Pictured is a small 1/32nd scale Jeep that I airbrushed all the greens, dull yellows, silver splotches etc. using this airbrush, i think it turned out great for my first time using any airbrush. I do recommend getting some airbrush cleaner to clean it really good after each use.

I bought this for airbrush foundation application. I have done so much research looking for the best airbrush systems - Dynair, Graftobian, Luminesse (I actually have the Luminess compressor) and then I found this. The compressor is stronger, the machine is more durable and if you want to make it pretty - well get creative! It is louder than the other airbrush systems...but I want the performance. You may however want to purchase a couple of different actual guns - Some makeup doesn't push through the gun...but that happens with all of them at times. I have already ordered my second one so that my MUA teams can have airbrushes at an arms length!T
