Soft and effective. Comfort galore!
These are the softest, yet most effective spacers I have used. There have been multiple other brands purchased that are put on at the beginning of the day, with high hopes of being good by keeping the not comfortable separators between my toes. Then, a few hours in, I am screaming and ripping off my shoes, and with much relief, I rip the hard, stupidly shaped devices away from my feet. But not this Bodhi brand! I can and do wear these all day with comfort, and I actually forget they are there. They help distribute and balance the weight to keep a nerve from being pinched, which in turn causes two of my toes to be numb. With these, I am happy! So happy that I wrote a review!

Great product, just not for me.
I have been considering using toe spacers and finally bit the bullet. I love that these are very soft and comfortable. They have a lot of stretch and fit over my toes with ease. The only shoes they fit in are my crocs, but itโs perfect because I can only wear them for about 30 mins at a time. The only downside I have experienced is my crazy cat that is obsessed with them. After using them, I have to make sure they are secured so she doesnโt steal them and chew on them. They obviously are so enticing that she can smell them on my crocs, which led to her shredding the inside of them. Finally, after chewing on them and shredding my crocs, she comes and bites my toes. While it is a great product, it is not going to work in my household.

I bought these AND Yoga Toes ๐ as both have their place, looking to avoid surgery!
I got these AND Yoga Toes, (these first), as of course, who wouldnโt want to save money, as I was going to just get these for myself, thatโs that, but honestly, both have their place. I ended up buying the other and keeping both, and I use them in combination with one another. Let me explain. Yoga toes is a more serious stretch, itโs hardcore.. you will feel it, you will get results. they are easy to put on, and youโll feel it rather quickly, and they do take getting used to, and you only wear them a short time each day, but then you will also reap the rewards from the bigger stretch that you can honestly, totally feel doing its job. Over time, you WILL see the results. (I have bad bunions on both feet. My big toes were going in.) This item here is great for stretch maintenance inbetween using Yoga toes, they are pliable and soft. Take care when putting them on, as they seem like they COULD snap with rougher care, but Iโve had no problem, just being careful, Is all. They are very stretchy, yet thinner material than the Yoga Toes are. (See my photos.) I love the feel though. I can walk with ease! They are more comfortable, because they give less of a stretch, so you can walk around, which is convenient, but I donโt think on their own they will yield any permanent results. Any results would take much longer to see IF they did. I think working in conjunction WITH Yoga toes (which I def. wanted the cheaper way out too, and thought Iโd be returning the others), with these.. itโs not just for the name. You do get what you pay for with the Yoga Toes, and these too. Iโve kept both because I use the yoga toes every day for that hardcore stretch, and Iโve seen proof positive, and now I use these in between, and so I really swear by that combination as being an alternative to surgery, I truly do believe I wonโt need it, thanks to these and those. I can wear these longer, so itโs good to have some stretch in between the โbig guysโ. You canโt wear yoga toes all day, and you should not do so. I recommend only wearing them resting on a couch, watching TV or something. Start slowly, but I never wear them for more than an hour or two per day.. but you work up to it. They DO work! These are more comfortable, but those are most effective, and together they get 10 stars, as surgery is not anything I want, nor does anybody. I have hammer toes too, and Iโve felt sooo much less foot pain after activity with my kids or just even too much walking, in my feet AND in my back.. itโs crazy! I also have a third Amazon bought brand, they come with one to easily use in your shoes. The name is Eosxrp bunion correctors. I got them on vine, so those were essentially free (just tax), but they are good at protecting your bunions on the sides during footwear use. Thin and wearable in most any shoes if these prove too large for that for you. These are well made, priced right, definitely will help, but get both these and the yoga toes if you have serious pain and/or other feet issues like myself. The combo seems to be the cure.. so far, so great here, and Iโll keep it going! 4 stars for these on their own. Itโs a good brand, and if you can only buy one, inexpensive brand.. go with these. If you can afford the other or best yet both? Go for that! That is my highest recommendation if your feet started out bad like mine. (Bunions, hammer toes, pain in feet and back. Itโs made a difference on ALL of them! ) I do recommend this product! For the price it is worth it! 4 stars โญ๏ธ *hope my review has been helpful :). The second photo shows you the stretch from the other. The pink Bodhi feet are shown on the left. They are highly comfortable for long term wear.*

Soft Gel, but Too Painful for My Smaller Toes
Large/Regular was the only size option available when I ordered, and unfortunately, these toe separators did not work for my feet. The soft gel felt comfortable between my big toes and second toes, and the separators were easy to put on and remove. However, they became very painful around my smaller toes, especially the last two toes on each foot. I wore them for approximately 20 to 30 minutes to see whether I could adjust to them. The discomfort eased somewhat on my right foot, but my left foot remain very painful, and my toes continue to hurt afterwards. I have small, sensitive feet and neuropathy, so this may simply be a sizing or sensitivity issue for me. The product appears to be as advertised, and the gel is very soft, but I wish a smaller size were available. I will be returning these and looking for a gentler option that fits my feet better.

Get these!
I bought these to replace my last pair which started to break down because I probably had a little bit of lotion on my skin too many time.. Iโll be more careful with this pair and I think they will last a long time. These are the best ones I have found. The silicone truly is SO soft and comfortable that I can leave them on for hours. They make a big difference in relieving tension in the foot and retraining toes to stay in a natural position, which has myriad benefits. Well she doesnโt specifically mention toe separators, I got interested in focusing more on foot health after listening to Dr. Emily Splichal on The Energy Blueprint Podcast, if youโre interested in a deeper dive.

Comfortably aggressive
Comfortable fit while still giving substantial spacing. Your toes feel stretched, but in the best way possible. I do recommend getting a size large for womenโs feet sized >8 or if wanting a more aggressive spacing between toes. Otherwise the part that goes around the toes feels a bit too tight. I wear mine at night and it does the work while I sleep. Could tell an improvement after the first night!

Helpful Item for Squished Toes
I have seen toe separators advertised randomly throughout the internet. Finally, after a Yoga instructor I follow recommended some, I started taking the idea of these more seriously. I have slight bunions, but my bigger issue is the squished toes, where my little toes look like they're trying to hide behind the rest. Too skinny shoes for too long I guess. This has been bothering me more and more because I took up running in the last year and a half and it's getting more uncomfortable all the time. So I figured I'd try these and see how I feel. I've only had them about a week, so my review is really preliminary. However, in just that short time, I have noticed a huge difference in the flexibility and appearance of my feet. My approach is to basically wear them throughout the day as long as I can, when shoes are not required. As of right now, I can't yet wear them with shoes, too uncomfortable. But I did try a pair of shoes again this morning and it was much more tolerable than usual, so the difference is starting to show there too. I'm hoping to get to the point where I can keep them on when I go for a run, but baby steps and all that. I'm just happy I'm already seeing a difference. When it comes to discomfort, one thing I learned is that you don't have to jam them way down into the bottom of your toe-space area. That actually makes them painful. I make sure the gel pads are in the center of the space between my toes (toes are still spaced...spaced is spaced), like sort of at the middle knuckle area to try to describe it. Much more comfortable that way and still effective. Not that that is "wrong" placement...there's no guidance as to how far they should go. So if you try them and you experience pain, maybe check to see if you wedged the gel pad all way down and raise it up just a little bit. Not so it's sticking out above your toes, but just so it's not jammed into the bottom of the toe well. They clean easy and dry fast. And if you find them too sticky after cleaning, just use a little talcum powder and you're good. Oh, also, when choosing what "brand" you want, just keep this in mind...a gel pad is a gel pad is a gel pad.... It doesn't have to be expensive, it just has to work. (The yoga instructor I follow has a brand of these, but you get a 2 pack for twice the price of these...but that 2 pack consists of two different sizes and you only need one, unless your feet change sizes frequently which they don't. So don't get sucked into the price-saving idea of 2 pack unless you can find one that is 2 of the size you actually need.) So all in all, highly recommend. And just be patient with it. I started off at like 45 minutes of tolerance. And now I can walk around for hours. In just a week. Pros --helpful for foot appearance/helps to correct shape deformities --makes toes stronger and more flexible --inexpensive (but FSA/HSA eligible) --can relieve pain and pressure from things like bunions and morton's neuroma Cons (but not really) --can be difficult to wear in shoes (might always be uncomfortable in some shoes depending on the shoe...like you aren't jamming your foot into a pointy high-heel in these. Need a wide toe box) --can be slightly difficult to put on, especially if you have a hard time bending to reach your foot --gel can be somewhat sticky (which you don't feel, not bothersome on the feet) which causes stuff to stick to the gel...fuzz from socks if you're in socks, but if you're not in socks? Be aware of what's on your floor when walking in these barefoot

A nice stretch for an inexpensive cost
These are fun. I have dealt with bunions on both feet since I was a teenager. I work in healthcare so I spend a lot of time on my feet and in tennis shoes. These are great to put on at the end of the day to give my toes and feet a nice stretch. My only complaint is that the material feels very flimsy and like it may tear if I remove or put it on incorrectly. Would recommend for an inexpensive option to other products offering the same perks.

Kwalitatief uitermate teleurstellend
Product na 1.5 maand al kapot. Leverancier wil het niet meer vergoeden. Voor de prijs die je ervoor betaald is het kwalitatief uitermate teleurstellend.
