Eat These Instead of Bread on a Low Carb diet
I love these crackers. I am on an anti inflammatory diet and trying to do low carb. There is such a gaping hole for where bread used to be and these crackers greatly help with that for me. They are sturdy and perfect to eat with chicken salad or tuna. I also like them with hummus. They definitely may be an acquired taste, but I think they are fairly neutral flavor wise. They are filling and have lots of great fiber with the flax seeds.

One of the worst tasting food items
As a dietician and physician assistant, I truly believe "you are what you eat."I therefore eat extremely we'll including a wide variety of foods that do not always taste as delicious as I would like, but that is okay. I have actually gotten used to eating foods that some people in my life could not possibly tolerate. Since I am trying a "gluten free, sugar free (including no fruit which contains natural sugar and no artificial sweeteners) food plan for 21 days so I wanted something to "crunch on." I read that this product fits into my anti-inflammatory plan so I couldn't wait tot try ti. When My husband saw me one the package he said the flaxseed crackers looked good and he wanted to try one too. neither of us could handle the one bite, and we were nauseas from its taste alone! It looks good if you like flaxseeds, and I do. It has a nice crunch if you like that which many people enjoy. But the taste was vile and neither I nor my husband had an easy time getting the potent vile taste out of our mouth. I brushed my teeth WELL, I ate foods with a rich flavor to mask the after taste....but the aftermath was awful! I do not recommend, and I like and/or tolerate just about anything that is healthful. I do not mean to sound obnoxious, but I would give this "zero stars" if I could. Lastly, these crackers in this favor (the only flavor I tried), seriously smells like a potent smelling dog treat that I have a hard time givingly dog since it smell so strong. Perhaps I associated that smell (of the dog treat) with the taste of this product? Regardless, I was seriously nauseous after eating this product and the after taste angered for not just me, but for my hubby too. It's just awful!

The perfect healthy snack!
I grabbed these on a whim and ended up loving them. Theyโre super crunchy, the rosemary flavor is subtle but really fresh, and they feel like a genuinely healthy snack, not the โpretend healthyโ kind. I love that theyโre organic, glutenโfree, and low carb, but still filling because of all the fiber. Theyโre perfect with hummus or cheese, and I donโt feel heavy or bloated after eating them. Definitely a pantry staple now.

Never buying these again because they taste bitter
I got the rosemary version and they taste bitter and stale, eventhough they won't expire until nine months out. Not only that, but there's no rosemary flavor (as is true right now in two out of the four rosemary crackers I'm taste testing, what's up with that). I would try the other varieties offered by this brand, but I don't have confidence that they will be good, based on my experience with the rosemary version. At least they're healthy and organic.

Healthy but not delicious
Flax is incredibly healthy for you but you can make your own flaxseed crackers at home instead of paying a premium for a premade snack. I bought these because I thought maybe the flavor would be better, but it's no different than just getting flaxseed, water, a few spices and mixing it together and putting it in your oven.

Crunchie and hi fiber
I love love these crackers. If you like crunchy healthy then this is the cracker to go to. 9 grams of fiber per 8 pieces they are small pieces but filling. I love them with personal hummus or guacamole! The best snack. They are expensive, however, delicious, healthy, and you are worth it!

Not tasty. Very expensive.
Awful, cardboardy taste! I love Trader Joe's Norwegian crackers, and was hoping these would be similar, but these are nothing like I was expecting and impossible to eat. I don't know how they ever passed the taste test...

it's apparent you either love Flackers or hate them
Given the responses of other reviewers, it's apparent you either love Flackers or hate them. Put us in the "love them" category. They are most definitely distinctive in the chip/cracker snack category, so we'd recommend a brief period of reserving judgment until you give yourself a chance to adjust to a consistency and flavor experience very different from the norm. But the fact is, we find them delicious, filling, and even fun to eat in pretty much any combination where you'd use conventional crackers/chips, including just eating them as a stand-alone snack. The basil/fire-roasted tomato, for instance, is great with tuna or chicken salad, while the cinnamon-currant is a delicious match with butter or cream cheese... We often travel with them, and take them hiking and backpacking, because they pack easily and, for the light weight and little space they take up, they provide a great payoff in being filling and giving lasting energy as a quick trailside snack. And as far as the superior nutrition and health benefits compared to conventional chips/crackers - well, geez, no comparison. Yeah - we love 'em.
