This is a decent chair for the price. I do feel you get the value if you are lucky enough to get an unused. Why 1-star? I bought new from Amazon, however, the chair came with scuff marks and worse the plastic on the arm of the chair was cracked. I thought, "I'll assemble to see if it's comfortable and reach out to get a replacement PART". Comfy? Not too bad! Able to replace a part? Nope! I have to disassemble, package, and return for a full refund. After trying to order multiple chairs through Amazon, this is just one of those things that is better to get in person if able. Update: Packaged this chair up and reordered a few months later because I thought it was a good chair for the price. The new chair arrived and is also broken. The hassle of unboxing and taking all the pieces out to unwrap and inspect just to have to puzzle back together in the box and find a location to ship back is not worth the price of this chair. So disappointed.

Few few weeks this chair was great, then slowly it started becoming clear that this is a cheap chair. The back of chair is no longer is upright, but has a lean on it. The chair is also stuck in the down position, I am not able to raise it as intended. I am 180 lbs and have not used the up/down or the tilt feature at all, and both of these are now broken. There is no way to get in touch with support, so essentially I am stuck with a broken chair.

Great chair as far as comfort. Wheel broke on day 2 after assembly. Company returned my email immediately, requested picture for replacement....I complied. Have been emailing since January., have heard nothing. Great chair, company's word not worth a thing....shame.

I gave the lowest rating I could, otherwise it would be zero stars. This chair was fine as long as it lasted which was only 10 months. Then the frame broke - under normal use - and it no longer supports my back. I contacted Amazon and they pointed out it was past the 30 day warranty period blah blah blah, and referred me to the seller, who only lists a mailing address in VA which, by the way, is for an inactive corporation. What a waste of money, time, materials and effort. Lesson learned - go to a brick and mortar store next time.

The chair is pretty low even when I raise it to its highest. I can't even work with my existing table anymore since it requires me to lift up my arms to type. The fabric (or whatever) in the back looked dirty and old and had pieces coming off. Avoid.

this is the worst chair I have ever had. My back is now is in so much pain. My neck is strained because this chair does not lift enough. I wish i never purchased it and could send it back. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHAIR unless you want back problems.

Set did not come with indtructions. Assemble at your own risk. After assembly, height adjustment is broken (faulty cylinder). Do not buy.

The Material of what chair is made of grabs from the clothing and forms a lot of fuzz.
