Wilton Excelle Elite Non-Stick Tart Pan and Quiche Pan with Removable Bottom, 11-Inch, Multicolor

Good tart pan. Inexpensive. Lightweight but sturdy. Nice looking. Made a full size apple tart and it was easy to remove the outer ring. Had no issues with sticking. Definitely recommend.

This makes a great giant cookie. Tart pan is perfect because the bottom lifts right out. I have both the 11" and the 9". Great for quiche and other pies where you don't want them to be thick. I bought some pizza type boxes to carry if I'm taking from my house. They work very well, too.

I bake quiche pretty much weekly and this is the perfect quiche tart. Very durable, good conductivity and easy to pop out the quiche at the end. It is a high quality pan for a good price.

I bought this specifically to make an amazing lemon tart recipe I tasted. It was phenomenal (shout out to the Lemon Olive Oil Tart from America's Test Kitchen). I hate lemon flavored things and it blows my mind. So, I bought this pan and made it! It was easy to use, easy to separate, and the tart came cleanly out of the mold! Wonderful product! It is 11" so it's a bigger tart pan, so be prepared to double ingredients to fit everything in. I have now collected a few other recipes I can use the pan for and I'm so excited to start baking more with it!

I thought I owned one like this, but couldn't find it when I started to make a tart so I bought a new one. The pan worked great for my recipe. I found that it was easiest to handle if I set it inside a baking sheet, because any pressure on the bottom plate would separate the bottom from the ring. The pan went into the freezer, then into the oven during the process of making this tart, and it was fine at any temperature. Cleanup was easy with the nonstick surface.

Love this tart pan it’s a great addition to my baking collection. Lemon curd tarts in this are amazing.

Fantastic! This tart pan is very well made and worked like a charm for a Caramel Pecan Tart recipe that I was wanting to make for a dinner party dessert! I greased the pan lightly with butter as the recipe instruction indicated but I had my doubts on whether the shortbread crust edges would be released unscathed when the time came to remove it from the pan. Once it cooled, I put my hand on the bottom piece, lifting it upward and away from the edge piece and VOILA!!! It came out very easily and all sides intact! Amazing as I thought that the crust would stick, for sure, especially with the pecans having a caramel holding it all together. This pan is awesome and will likely last me for years and many caramel pecan tarts and quiches to come! I would not only recommend this tart/quiche pan but I would also go so far as to say that every kitchen should have one!!!

El acabado es excelente y el molde es de buen material y de un buen grosor por lo que no se deforma ni se flexiona lo que también lo hace fácil al momento de desmoldar

He horneado con varios tipos de moldes y este me ha gustado mucho por su tamaño y lo practico que lo hace que se desmonte la parte del fondo. No se le pega nada y es muy fácil de limpiar. Llevo varios meses utilizándolo y esta como nuevo.

I made a chocolate torte in this pan. It was easy to remove. Nothing stuck to it do clean up was a breeze.
