did this work better for anyone than regular. I have been taking that for 8 days along with night and still drenched day and night help?

I did have to take it for about a month before my hot flashes started going away. You have to be consistent. Don’t skip a day. I ran out and forgot to reorder and within a week noticed that I was getting hot again. Went to store and bought some right away. Good luck

Does it contain estrogen?

No, that is what is so great about this product. Estrogen has risks of breast cancer and many other risks, whereas Estroven gets the relieve withoutbthe risk. Let me add, it can take as long as 4 to 6 weeks. I figured women wait that long for "the pill" to become effective, it is worth it for me to wait, and be consistant in taking the Estroven. It was really weird, one day the hot flashes disappeared. I couldnt tell you if it was that day I noticed or a week prior.. Hang in there, it gets better, until you forget to take the Estroven. 🥵🤒

how large are the tablets? Hard to swallow?

They are the size of a typical vitamin. Not hard to swallow, but I don’t have trouble swallowing pills. You could always put a pill in applesauce. Helps folks to swallow pills.
