Built like a tank, 3M VHB adhesive doesn't mess around.
Don't normally write reviews, just legitimately very impressed, etc. etc. Alright, this thing is built old-school, by which I mean of _pure, weighty metal._ Adhesive is 3M VHB (very high bond), not knockoff stuff, and boy, it sticks. Don't adhere this to anything you don't want it to be attached to forever; just use the screws if so. I attached it to a metal monitor stand that I know I want it to be attached to forever. Do not stick this against your walls if you are in a rental apartment unless you want to lose part of your deposit, 'cos this will definitely rip your paint off trying to remove it. I think the #1 issue people are likely to have is not knowing how to properly adhere with this stuff, so here's a guide if you want to be sure. This is high quality stuff so you can probably get away with being lazy and smacking it all together at once, but I wouldn't advise it. 1. Ideally, wipe both surfaces down with an alcohol wipe or microfiber cloth or something. No dust! Doesn't have to be perfect. 2. Peal off the side without "3M VHB" written on it. Carefully place it on hanger. Once it is on flat, *press heavily* for at least 30sec to help the adhesive attach to the stand. Leave it alone for 30-60min if you have the time, which (let's be real) you probably do. 3. Before removing the red adhesive covering on the other side, *figure out how you are going to line it up against the surface you are attaching it to.* If you are attaching it to something free-form, like a wall, you're going to want a level. You only have one shot with this, because VHB means VHB. It ain't going anywhere after you attach it. 4. Measure and level twice. Close the hanger, if it's open. This 5. Remove red 3M VHB lining thing. Align using the top of the stand hanger at 45 degrees in order to have a little bit of wiggle room for correction to get the angle right/level before the adhesive touches the surface. 6. Firmly press against surface. HOLD FOR 45+ SECONDS. Use as much force as you can; as mentioned, this is made out of tank steel or something and will be able to take it. 7. Leave it alone for at least an hour, closed. Realistically, it will continue curing probably overnight, but it'll be good enough for a headphone level of weight after an hour. 8. Pull the hanger down and test by putting your headphones on the hanger. 9. Enjoy -- or realize that you didn't actually level it correctly and start crying, because this adhesive will last past the heat death of the universe if you applied it correctly. I'm super happy with it. Seriously, they could've gotten away with charging a lot more for this, not that I'm complaining. Very aesthetic (true black, matte, looks great with black headphones).

It folds up, at least for now.
I needed a place to hang my headphones for virtual meetings because my headphones were constantly cluttering my space or falling on the floor. This appeared to match the black hardware on my wood desk, and I was rightโit's a perfect match. I screwed the bracket directly onto my desk, so I can't speak to the quality of the adhesive strip that came with it. I didn't want a hook that would gouge my knee after putting my headphones away, and this product folds up nicely to prevent that from happening, while still looking great and sticking out no further than the drawer pull. My only concern is the longevity of the thin rubber strip on the end that keeps the hook closed via friction (see photo). I imagine that after opening and closing it a few hundred times, the rubber will wear out. So far I see no problem, but it's too soon to tell. The rubber padding that holds the headphones is tapered and spongy, and feels like it should outlive me or at least outlive my desk. For now, this seems to be a perfect productโit's machined well, assembled well, designed well, and any DIY solution I had in mind would have ended up looking worse and perhaps costing as much as this product. I will update this review if anything changes.

Nothing flashy, just simple and effective
I have a problem looking for just the right product to buy no matter how trivial or small it may be. So I went with this because it was simple low profile and really versatile. It's just as describe and the adhesive strip is strong. I end up putting under my desk and it looks great out of the way, near my plus to charge it and goes great with my desk. I recommend.

Great sturdy mount!! Well priced
Update: I have used this mount for quite a while now. It has held up well to me using it daily for my headphones. My Logitech G pro headphone foam head pad shows zero damage from this mount. You can't even tell it's hung by the pad daily. If it is damaging your head band foam, then your headphones are not made with quality materials. I would STRONGLY recommend this mount. Have only had it for a couple days, but mount feels sturdy and well made. Definitely feels like a quality made product. I used included screws to mount this under my desk, to hold my Logitech G Pro series headset. I did this to clear space on top of my desk. Screws hold the mount well. It doesn't wobble or wiggle. Can not speak to the included adhesive strip, as I didn't use it. I will update this review after I've used the mount a lot longer to speak for longevity, and if it damages my headset foam band.

Good product overall
My goal was to find a home for our outside headphones just like the inside headsets we have are on hooks at our respective desks. I decided to go with foldable ones because I conveniently placed them around the mirror I already had in our entryway so they hold the headphones while we are home, and when we go out we just take them, fold the hook, look at yourself one last time and leave. The entryway being a little narrow, it's nice that they can fold and not be in the way when not in use. They were extremely easy to install and I appreciated that you didn't need to use screws because the adhesive provided is very strong. Living in a rental apartment, I am not trying to hang anything with screws. I took out one star because the one on the left stays folded better than the one on the right. I guess the right one is a little loose and that's why it will open back at any minor vibration in the apartment. It's not that big of a deal but since my main reason for going with this kind of hooks was that I wanted to be able to fold them I just wished they were all as reliable as the left one.

Works well!
Like a few other reviewers, I didn't even have to use the screws that came along with this kit - the adhesive was strong enough already! It holds my headphones well. There is no feeling of looseness within the hanger at all. It is very secure and I'm sure it will last a long time! In addition, it's simple black frame looks modern and fits in nicely with my desk.

Simple but Elegant
In an effort to declutter my desk - I started thinking about ways to eliminate items that simply sit and take up valuable horizontal space - large bluetooth headphones. While researching hooks, I came across the Yocice Headphone Stand/Hanger and I've been extremely pleased with the look, quality materials (aluminum) and appearance. I have a large pair of Sony BT Headphones so I wanted to acquire a rather rugged hook. This hanger is extremely helpful as it comes with screws and 3M adhesive to adhere the hook to your desk. I chose to avoid the 3M tape and have been happily using the hook, screwed in, for about a week. The final selling point was the fact that this hook can fold flat so if you decide to place it on the exterior of the desk, where you or others could snag it, the folding flat hinge is a must have. Great design!

Sturdy, compact and fold-up headphone holder
This is a sturdy and functional headphone holder. It folds up easily, reducing its footprint while the headphones are in use. The unit ships with an adhesive attachment pad and screws for your choice in mounting. While the adhesive seems to be adequate, ours is in a high-use area and we elected to use the screws as well. Using the adhesive to hold the unit in place while you drive the screw in makes mounting very easy.
