I admit that I was quite disappointed when I first received this because I was expecting something quite different - these are NOT what I would call smoothies. They're really like apple sauce in terms of the texture, basically like the apple sauce pouches I've bought for my kids. Having said that, most of the flavors are quite good, and it's nice knowing that I'm getting a good amount of nutrients from them. I wouldn't eat them on a regular basis - I prefer to make my own smoothies that are actually smoothies :-) but they're good to have around as a healthy snack when I'm having a food emergency.

We have bought these a ton. They are great for my kids on the go and they love them. I feel good that they have been protein and more then just apple sauce like some other pouches. I haven’t tried them myself but my kids have liked every flavor

I should have read the ingredients more closely before buying. Many healthy smoothies include bananas, but I find most of the Noka flavors to be heavier on the banana than I like. I may try diluting them with soy, almond, or coconut milk... Also, from an environmental perspective, I am disappointed with the way the smoothies are packaged...though I realize the necessity for it to enable portability, especially for kids. I just think there might be better alternatives that can still do the job, but be kinder to the environment.

LOVE THIS STUFF!! Just discovered it. Really like all the flavors. Great variety. No bitter yogurt taste. Clean ingredients, gd snack. Only complaint is that it is a bit pricey but will budge to con't getting it. Came quickly
