Excellent adhesion!
So far so good! Super sticky and had no trouble adhering to my siding and windows vinyl. Very easy to use and install so far it seems impervious to water.

This is some of the most amazing tape I've ever used. I first use it because regular tape would melt in the heat. The stuff is really what tape should be. Reliable, easy to use, very very very effective. It's become one of my go-to do-it-yourself tapes for projects when I need the real thing Seriously this stuff is amazing

Reliable, Durable, Long-Lasting
Firstly before buying this product thru amazon, i went to Home Depot and Lowe's to get this exact same product but if you are trying to buy it in bulk then it is super expensive. I am needing this flashing tape for work and on amazon the prices are a whole lot better if you are needing more then 3 rolls. The only thing is there is no description whether the rolls are two part or one part application. This one has a seconday paper layer that you need to peel back before applying and this makes it more time consumping than the other version that has no extra layer and you just peel it off itself like typical duct tape

Excellent flashing
This is great flashing. It is extremely sticky; your fingerprints will pull right off with it. Definitely worth the money. Seals gaps with ease. You can stretch it like a rubber band.
