Awesome-works right out of the gate
I wish I could give it 10 stars Plug and play Running a 32x8 with an 8x8 matrix simply connect the plug from the controller to the lights pull the battery saver tab out of the remote and press on. The attached video doesn’t do it justice. Highly recommended

Does not work for me
Maybe you will have better luck than I have, but I can not get it to work with a WS2812 string of 300 LEDs. Claims it can handle 2048 pixels, 300 LEDs would be 900 pixels, but I am suspecting it has something to do with current limitations. I still give it a 4-star rating because, at the price of the unit, it is worth experimenting with. I have a degree in electrical engineering so I am fairly competent with similar units.

Inexpensive with true RF remote. Nice patterns with color shortcuts and brightness controls.
Plug and play, no fuss. Really fun patterns and works without having line of sight to the controller, which means the controller can be hidden away. Remote is truly RF and works from a reasonable distance. Seller Alitove offers fantastic customer service as well and was able to help me diagnose an issue I was having with my led strip.

Controller’s data/remote defective.
WARNING: VIDEO CONTAINS RAPID FLASHING. I connected a 5V power supply to the SP104E controller, and the controller to WS2812B LED strip. At first, it did a rainbow chase, but then the LEDs froze after about a minute, and the remote did not do anything. Unplugged and plugged back in, and the LEDs would not turn on at all, remote still did nothing. I checked things with a multimeter, and confirmed 5V were reaching the controller and LEDs. While testing with the multimeter, I found that touching just one lead to the green Data line caused the LEDs to randomly flash rapidly at what appeared to be full brightness. Then found that touching any wire to the Data in line caused this, yet the remote still did not work. So my power supply and LEDs work, but this SP104E controller and/or remote are defective.
