Especially helpful when trying to get my kiddos back into the school routine. When perimenopause gives me insomnia, I’ve taken 2 out of desperation, but I’m warning you — if you decide to do that, expect some CrAzY dreams. It’s not quite Dollar Store NyQuil level, but the dreams might leave you questioning your sanity. As far as I know, it hasn’t induced any sleepwalking or eating though!

This brand is trusted. I use their women's daily vitamins and other gummy supplements. When I saw this brand offered the higher mg. of melatonin in a gummy, I was excited to try! The gummies have a bit of a sour or bitter aftertaste, however they are still okay! These have a chewy texture - like actual gummy candy, as opposed to the fruit snack variety that are less chewy and more sticky. I took 1, felt a little groggy, but not 'ready for bed'. An hour later I took another, and within 20 minutes I was falling asleep sitting up..this came with a bit of dizziness, but it subsided and didn't return, thankfully! 1.5 of these seems perfect. I am quite minimalistic, and look to prevent problems, so supplements are an important part of my daily routine. These are easy to incorporate into bedtime routine, and are a little like a sweet bedtime treat.

This is no joke. I sleep like a baby every night! The taste is great, it’s easy to chew and digest. The bottle contains 100 gummies which I think are perfect for the price and it works amazingly!

Love these but Amazon jacked up the prices and I can only find the kind I want on Windixie now. They add a fee for small orders soooo guess I’m getting it from Walmart from now on. $7!
