Kosmos Q SPG BBQ Dry Rub, Salt Pepper Garlic Blend, 12 Oz

We grill and smoke meat every weekend and sometimes even sooner. Roughtly 10-50lbs. My son and I love to experiement with different rubs for BBQ, Texas Brisket, chicken, burgers, ribs, and more. After trying a lot of different craft made rubs, this one is our go-to for hamburgers. make the patties and season well on both sides. Let sit for 10-20 minutes and pat the seasoning into the patty. Then grill over gas, wood, or your choice of charcoal. The versatility of this rub is great. It is good on other meats but outperforms on burgers, in our opinion. We burn through a lot of this rub and the ingredients do not cake up or get clumpy.
