Can this be used for the overnight bag?

I suppose so, but usually, there is no odor from the overnight bag, because it is some distance from where you're sleeping & there is no movement of the overnight bag.

Can this be used for a bedside urinal?

Hi - I am not sure, but think the deodorizer would sure help with the odor(s). It sure makes a BIG difference with my husband's ostomy bag.

Is this product anti-bacterial?

There is nothing on the bottle saying it is anti-bacterial. I've used this product many times and basically it is used for odor elimination in the pouch when you go to drain the pouch. You can always contact Safe N Simple direct to see what they say.
