What is this little plain piece of sticker for ?

I'm not sure what you mean by the "plain piece of sticker". However, the clear covering on the picture protects it from dust and debris while you are working on it. The picture is a bit sticky so things can cling to it. The pink stuff is the adhesive for the beads. There is a tray to hold the beads and a stylus to pick up the beads. I find it helpful to have little baggies or some kind of container to hold and label the beads.

Is it possible to ask the seller when ordering a custom to not have The guide circles on the canvas ?

I don't know , why don't you ask the seller ?? I don't know why anyone would request that being that the diamond are supposed to cover those circles but I guess. Those circles are to guide exactly where the drills are to be placed. If the circles are showing still, that just means that they aren't properly placed. Just saying
