With the late spring rollercoaster of sunshine and torrential rain this year, we've had a lot of mosquitos flying around in the last few weeks looking for a banquet. Both myself and my kids have been getting munched when dog-walking. Got a few packs of these - they're comfy, easy to put on, not unpleasantly citronella smelly, and I did a couple of hours of cricket training near a river wearing one this week, without getting bitten. So I'm calling them as a success, and they are in a beautiful range of stylish colours for the fashion conscious mosquito meal.

Bought these as a - just in case- item, but we didn't need them.

Bought these as a protectant for our family and toddler whilst in Thailand.None of us particularly suffer badly either mosquito or bug bites so it is hard to tell how well they did work.On the nights we did wear them, I did end up with bites on my ankles, but I can't say this was in spite of having it on and likely hood is it would of happened regardless.Overall, comfortable to wear, easy to put on but I'm still unsure they did what they were supposed to do. We will just have to try them out innit her places around the world.

As someone who is usually covered in bites these brackets are amazing didn’t get one bite in 3 weeks . Smell a little over powering on first usage but definitely did the job

Absolute rubbish. Break as soon as you try to use them. Put one round my pony tail and still had a bug dive bomb me.

Spent two weeks in Thailand and neither myself or my two children had any bites until the last two days of our holiday, when I think we had started to become somewhat complacent thinking we were invincible and immune to mosquito!I'm Scottish and most beasties, such as our native midge, absolutely love to feast on me but the fact that I managed to go for almost a fortnight and suffer only a handful of bites as the effectiveness of these was undoubtedly wearing off is very impressive to me.I did wear mosquito repellent spray too but I definitely think these bands helped.We each wore one on each wrist and each ankle.Smell wasn't unpleasant just a citronella smell.Would certainly recommend.
