I am sensitive to caffeine. I don't drink anything higher than a green tea. But I needed a little extra boost without drinking more tea, as I would be up all night if I did. I decided to give the red ginseng a try. I like the taste, kind of reminds me of a tart plum. The texture is smooth and easy to swallow. Packing is convenient and easy to open. I feel the effects pretty quickly and have not felt any of the usual energy drink jitters. I feel more alert and calm. It's not something I need every day, just when I need the extra boost.

I really really like this product. I have been tired for the last six months and a friend. My son‘s fiancé actually told me to get this and I’m really feeling better. I highly recommend this.

Love the flavor the only reason I gave it three stars they really should have a different packaging. Perhaps a small bottle but when I take it to go the packet is hard to drink out of.
