I’ve tried quite a few fish oil supplements over the years, and the Puori Omega 3 Fish Oil really stands out in terms of quality. The biggest thing for me is no fish burps or aftertaste, which has been an issue with other brands. These go down easy and don’t come back to haunt you later. The capsules feel high quality, and I like knowing it’s IFOS certified and made from wild-caught fish, which gives a bit more confidence in what you’re taking. There's no fishy smell to them and after taking them over a month, never once had any aftertaste or burps. I consume these 03 capsules because it was recommended by my doctor to reduce my cholesterol levels. Since mid-December of 2020, I've been consuming one capsule every day, and the changes are noticeable. Apart from helping me reduce my bad cholesterol levels, my good cholesterol levels have been increased. I wish it came in bigger packaging because it's great for me, so I've stuck to buying more and more for the past 9 months. I also give it to my 18-year-old son who is an athlete (he plays soccer), due to genetic pass-down (and a bit of inactivity during the summer months) he has started to develop above-average levels of cholesterol, and also because it was recommended to him by a nutritionist for performance improvement. After constant consumption (once a day), his last general blood check-up showed his and my cholesterol levels back to a normal state, and he seems to be performing better on the field... something I love to see! Definitely recommend it to others who are seeking fish oil products. No bad taste during or after swallowing, easy to swallow, great smooth texture to the pill, and most importantly: efficient.

This has been my go to fish oil for years after it was recommended by a trustworthy nutritionist friend. No fish burps either. Just a really solid fish oil. Only problem I can see and why I didn't give it 5 stars, it purely due to every 3-4 bottles all the pills are mushed in the bottom and stuck to each other. Making it pretty much impossible to get them out. Nothing a pair of heavy duty kitchen shears couldn't handle though.

I've tried several different brands of fish oil and this in the only one of the bunch that doesn't smell like fish, doesn't taste like fish, doesn't give me the fishy after taste, or give me fishy burps. That lone is worth it to me! I take it for general inflammation control and more specifically as part of a cholesterol control regimen recommended by my MD. Prior to finding O3 I took a prescription Omega 3 but when I changed health insurance my current provider doesn't cover the Rx med. I searched for a replacement and finally found Puori O3. DHA and EPA levels are equivalent to the Rx version plus there's the no-taste goodness already mentioned. O3 is also competitively priced compared to other equivalent strength versions that I've found. One "other" - I received one bottle of O3 in early 2020 with most of the capsules stuck together in a clump. None broke open but getting them separated and out of the bottle was a challenge. Normally the capsules stay separated and come out easily as singles. Other than the one clumping issue, super happy with this product and plan to continue use.

I have ordered this product dozens of times through the Subscribe & Save program. Each product/batch has been exceptional - I've never had any issues whatsoever. For the uninitiated, International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) is Nutrasource’s oldest and most well-known certification (Nutrasource is an independent Canadian company). Each product is tested against standards for: - Active Ingredient Content (does the product contain the amount and specific types of omega-3s the label says it should?) - Contaminants (does the product contain unsafe levels of harmful chemicals?) - Stability (is the product as fresh as possible, or has it gone bad (oxidized)?) The most recent Puori batch that I received (no. S20H165, expiry June 2023) received a FIVE out of FIVE star IFOS rating based on the above criteria. Please see the image for details. I've checked prior batches and all have received similar 5-star IFOS ratings. This allows me to trust that I'm getting what I pay for.. and putting a high-quality product into my body.

Great source of omega 3. Was searching for a good source of omega 3 and this is a good product. Not that cheap but the quality difference between omega 3 products is markable. This has good EPA and DHA quantities and is in triclyceride form which is better absorbed than ethyl-ester form. Would definitely recommend this as many supermarket or equivalent fish oils prey on the uninformed consumer thinking they're getting a "bargain".

Used about ten days. Taken omega oils for years. This one starts off looking better, no smell, no taste. no sticky feeling.
