This was a replacement and it was a perfect match.

No problem with free return and obtaining full credit. Three parts didn't fit so returned item.

Product is very high quality, well made and plumber advised easy to install.

We bought it to upgrade our upstairs bath to oil rubbed bronze to match the rest of the house (also Kohler ORB). It works well, however as others found the cartridges started leaking after about 3 years. I called Kohler with the part number (from my Amazon history). I told them the problem and they mailed new cartridges the same day, didn't need to send proof of purchase (but I said I had the record from Amazon, which I did).When I got them things went a little south. In order to get to the cartridges you have to remove the handle and bonnet. The first Kohler rep I called wanted me to twist the bonnet independently of the handle to unscrew it. When I told her that the bonnet had always moved with the handle she insisted that Kohler had never made a faucet where the bonnet moved. Well guess what, this one does! And to remove the handle you need a 2.5mm allen wrench and the screw is at the back where you can't see it (for aesthetics of course). Turns out they secure these set screws at the factory with blue locktite AND, I swear, an impact driver set to maximum. I managed, just, to loosen one but the other stripped the set screw. Another call to Kohler found the solution - hammer "up" on the handle until it comes off! They sent a replacement handle, bonnet and set screw. All working well again.

I give this faucet 5 stars for looks and 1 star for being a P.O.S. right out of the box. This faucet is made in China and not in Kohler, WI. Although the seal on the box was secure when I received the product, the faucet was uninstallable in its present condition. I don't know how it ever got through Q.A. The lever on the cold handle side was extremely loose. I called Kohler and asked if I should send it back. They told me to take the handle apart and try to tighten the lever screw. But it was already as tight as it could get. They said it would be quicker to send me a new handle assembly. But instead of a new assembly, all they sent was a new lever and a screw that did nothing to fix the problem. And so it went for the next month while Kohler dribbled me one part after another. When I finally thought I had everything I needed and went to install a complete faucet, the drain rod was too short and did not come close to reaching the linkage. And it's not that the faucet holes in the granite were drilled too far away from the Kohler sink that we also bought. It's that the undermount Kohler Archer sink has a drain hole in the center instead of in the back. In fact the threaded rings to secure the handle assemblies are so big that they scraped the sink while I was installing them. So if the faucet holes would have been drilled any closer we would have had a serious problem. So it was back to Kohler for more parts, more waiting, and more aggravation. It's finally installed but the linkage setup still isn't completely right, but I'll be darned if I'm calling Kohler again. This is the only time I have ever had trouble installing a simple faucet. And nothing but trouble it was. As a word of caution, not everyone who answers the phone at Kohler customer service fully understands their products.

I recently installed this faucet for my elderly parents to replace their broken leaky faucet. The installation was relatively smooth due to easy hookups, and straightforward directions. They were both thrilled to have the issue fixed, and impressed with how nice it looked. Their previous faucet had a polished brass finish as well, but this gave an upgraded look to their bathroom. They can now turn each faucet handle on and off using only one finger, so no strength issues for seniors. And their running water pressure was still good considering the modern built-in water saving features. The included paperwork lists it as made in China.

OMG these are so stunning in person solid and heavy and beautiful. I am in love, of course its all part of a new bathroom in general and yes well Im in awe of the whole thing so maybe its an overall awe but still I looked at every single freakin faucet in production and chose this and I simply could not be happier.The high arc faucets look nice but I was afraid they would splash and be a pain to clean around behind. I dont think low faucets are that nice honestly especially for my double vanity. This is a medium high arc, the faucet mouth is nice and wide. I considered the brushed finish to hide spots and such but the polished chrome just looks so elegant. The styling is also very elegant and they look beautiful and work great (not time tested though just got them installed today)I didnt install so I cant comment on level of difficulty but it didnt seem too much work for the guys. I got the matching items toilet roll etc its all just simply stunning. I ddint get the shower head the reviews were iffy and I dont care if they match so I didnt get that.I highly recommend these.posted some pictures ignore the background no mirror yet but I couldnt wait to show these beauties off :)

Love the way this faucet looks on our bathroom sinks. It gives a wonderful flow of water and the handle adjusts the temperature with great precision. Looks pretty, functions well and costs about a third less than others we looked at. The higher neck gives a glorious amount of space to get under the water with hands or even heads. I have washed my hair and can get under the faucet quite easily. Excellent choice. Highly recommend this faucet.
