The picture shows the green model, but modern ram is blue, so are you paying for an older version or the latest thing(in blue)?

I got the green one and it works fine, I don't know if it's the old model or not, I hope that's helps.

Is this memory useful for hp touchsmart tm2 notebook?

Has anyone tried this for the Synology NAS 1515+? Specs are a match but my experience says it's still at 50/50 shot of working.

This worked perfectly in my 1515+ but as the expansion module. So if you leave the 2GB module in the NAS and add this in the second slot it works fine, I just put it in last week. If you want to use this in the main slot (removing the original 2GB module) then I'm not sure if it will work. Most people who remove the original module put in 16GB (2 8GB sticks) and there are various discussions about which ones work.
