I have been a regular user of Naivedya Cups and have always trusted the quality associated with N. Ranga Rao & Sons. However, I am quite disappointed with my recent purchase. The product has undergone a significant reduction in both size and quantity, yet the price remains unchanged. Previously, each pack contained 4 boxes totaling 48 large-sized cups. The current pack includes only 3 boxes totaling 45 smaller-sized cups—a noticeable downgrade. What’s concerning is that this change is neither mentioned on the packaging nor reflected in the Amazon description. This lack of transparency feels misleading and unfair to loyal customers. Such practices damage customer trust. I request the company to provide clarity on the product changes and update the product description accordingly to ensure honest communication with buyers. I’ve attached photos for reference.
