Will it destroy pheromone scent and keep wasps from rebuilding nest?

The spray kills on contact and if you saturate the nest any wasp that touches the nest and the residue of the spray will die but not immediately.

Great question. This product does not have a shelf life, and can be used with confidence when its container is stored in a manner consistent with the label, and out of extreme heat or cold.

Will this kill sweat bees?

Not sure but I would stunned if it did not kill sweat bees. It's the deadliest wasp spray I have ever used. Wasps drop like rocks.
