This vitamin D product was referred to me by my doctor as being the best. She suggested to take it with a "good fat" for best absorption. I chew it with a spoonful of peanut butter. These have a very nice slight chocolate flavor. I will say that the tablets darken and change consistency if not sealed in the container. Otherwise very easy to use and do not bother my stomach.

Purchased for my 14 year old Grandson who hates to swallow pills. He had developed a Vit.D deficiency due to rarely going outside to get adequate sunshine. I searched Amazon for a high dose chewable and was so happy to find these chocolate flavored ones. I expected these to be quite large but was pleasantly surprised at how small they actually are. The chocolate flavor is quite good. It tastes like cocoa puffs cereal. My Grandson likes these and so it's not like pulling teeth trying to get him to take one each day. LOL

I have been using this product for about a year now. My doctor recommended me to take vitamin D since my blood report showed low level of vitamin D. I trust this brand I also have used their curcumin capsules as well. My vitamin D level is now on normal range. My daughter is a teen and hate taking capsules or tablets. These are chewable and chocolate flavor. I am grateful that she doesn’t give me hard time with this vitamin D. I highly recommend this product to my friends and family.

I started out on doctor's orders taking two a day. But my monthly blood draws reflected a significant elevation in D absorption (because at the same time I changed my diet to healthier eating), so we moved from two a day to one. (These are potent, and if you're considering taking Vitamin D, be sure to talk to your doctor first about the correct dosage for your body.) It's always hard to tell the long term affects. I began taking it because I have a history of bone degeneration in my family, but who knows how much this will help. We only have research and studies to inform us of the benefits others have received, but those studies report some remarkable results. I do know that it has helped decrease my Renaud's symptoms. Although that isn't a recorded benefit, my Dr. feels that Vitamin D3 is to be commended for that relief. In any case, I intend on sticking with this brand in particular because it absorbs well and tastes like chocolate. Can't go wrong with that, eh?
