In Texas this works great, easy to install and required in all rentals
I am a property manager here in Texas. I need to have a keyless lock on all of my apartment doors. There are a few types of products being advertised but the problem is, most are not legal in Texas. I am no attorney but I have read the Texas code slowly and a number of times. So I do believe there are two products in the law, one of them I have to drill a hole in the door, the other is this product. I have been using this product now for a while, easy to install. Very fast to install, and any of my crew can install it. So yes I am putting this as a five star.

Extra Step of Door security!!!!
Easy to Install!!! Gives an affordable step of security on any Entry Door!!! I installed these on Several Rental properties in a large City!!!! I have only seen One Failure!!!! Child was locked in house and Parents did not have a Key!!! Door got the worst of it! ,,By the time it failed!!!

Good piece of mind security
My partner used one of these in an apartment many years ago and loved it. Now we got one for our college kid for extra security. it was easy to install and secures well.
