Great BP Monitor, Lousy Cuff
I bought this monitor to replace an old Microlife cuff monitor I have used for years but finally quit on me. The unit is larger and much easier to read. It is compatible with old Microlife software and this is great because I have a number of years worth of BP readings already stored in the software. However I have only awarded 2 stars because I absolutely HATE the cuff provided. The cuff for the old monitor was about 5-1/2" wide and flexible. The new one has a hard plastic tube about 6" wide and split down the length with the sides overlapping about 2", with its relaxed ID about 2-1/4 ". The whole tube is covered in fabric with velcro tabs. It is almost impossible to pull the cuff tight without the tube part rotating past the artery position. I would use the old cuff, but alas, it was the part that was the original problem with my old monitor. Also when the new cuff is rolled up, it takes up a lot of room since it won't lay flat. The only saving grace is the plastic stand provided which holds the monitor upright making it easy to read. It also provides a clip behind the monitor where the new cuff can be stored.Did I mention I really hate that new cuff?

COMPATIBLE with earlier model's software!
The cuff is a little funky to use due to strongly curled insides. The display is large and colorful with green, yellow, orange and red marks showing just how good (or BAD) your results are. USB connection links to the previous generation's app on my Windows10 PC. The old model's power cable/adapter worked too, so I just removed the old unit and plugged in the new one. It seems a bit quieter too.

Check batteries
This machine did not work at first with the batteries provided, but did work with the ac adapter. Called support and found this machine had been manufactured in 2016 and found the batteries were old. Replaced batteries and the machine works perfectly. Very happy and would recommend it, but check the batteries before using.

Have to be very careful
This meter is very sensitive to any differences in arm position and positioning of the cuff. After some practice I have been able to obtain results that consistently agree with meters at the doc's office.

Very User-Friendly!
Very easy and user-friendly right out of the box. I set up the date and time and had my first reading in less than 3 minutes. I like that this model includes the a/c power adapter and batteries. The only down-side is that the zipper bag included is not big enough to hold the power adapter and stand, but it doesn't lose a star because the device itself is really nice.

Mediocre battery life
I wish the design engineers had planned on AA batteries instead of AAA. They have to be replaced every 4 to 6 weeks.

Outstanding choice
I'm an MD and am very impressed with this item. I compared it to 3 other BP monitors and it's very accurate and consistent, plus I like that it averages 3 BP measurements. It's also easy to use and comfortable. I haven't had an opportunity to use the software yet. Overall an excellent product.

Not Accurate at all!!!
This reads high. I had it compared in a doctors office. Then contacted Microlife. I was told that by serial number it was almost out of warranty!!! Over 5 years old and I just bought this 6/4/2020. They allowed me to send it in to be adjusted. Just got it back. The paper in the return says they found nothing wrong with it. I compared it to the one I now use, (I had it checked on Friday in the Doctors office. It is within 10%) The one I currently use read 132/80, this one read 158/93. Not even usable. And since it was with the manufacturer for "warranty" work, the date to return to Amazon expired. Not worth the time and effort to buy it. If I could rate the whole deal with a negative 5 stars I would.
