Powerline 2 - Battery Charger

21MAR21Oh no! I really don't know what's going on here. After the second REFRESH cycle from an Opus battery analyzer the dead have come to life. The Anamann charger wouldn't work, but the second 'hail Mary' REFRESH from the Opus brought it up to 262mAhr. Grrrrr....... I don't know what to think. It resembles a miracle and I'm not a believer. My crystal ball predicts headaches ahead.20MAR21 Problems, so I knocked it down 2 stars.These were great until one failed with very little use. One of the pair of batteries failed 3 weeks outside of the 2 year warranty period. The part that concerns me most is that I'm sure it wasn't even recharged 15 times. Something internally failed and it takes only a small charge now. It lasts for just a few minutes. I took the battery and placed it in an Opus battery analyzer. Initially it reported only 2maHr was available. lol I placed it in the charger in the REFRESH mode and the level came up to 35mAhr. lol again. We'll see what happens on the second go round on the Opus. I don't hold out much hope. I've used many NiMh batteries and never had a short term failure like this one. Problems after 5 years, or more, are most typical. Disappointing!5MAR19I weighed a 300mAhr Ansmann and compared it to a 200mAhr LSD Tenergy brand 9V. The Ansmann weighed 56.8gm and Tenergy 37.2gm. I guess that substantiates substantial, but it does make sense because, by weight, the Ansmann is, as would be expected, about 50% heavier.3MAR19These batteries seem substantial, i.e. they feel heavy compared to other LSD's I have. Surprisingly, after just two charge/discharge cycles both batteries were above the 270mAhr spec by 7 and 10 mAhr. I used an Opus charger/analyzer to make the measurements. I didn't measure the physical dimensions, but they seem on the large side, so I'd not be surprised if these didn't fit in some of the more confining holders. Overall I'm happy. If anything else need be said, I'll post an update.

I was a little bit leery of these at first because of the 300Mh rating. But, when fully charged they are over 10 volts and last for at least six church services in our Shure ULX wireless mics. After two services they still have 9.29 volts. I will do more testing, but for now I am happy with these and buying more.The thickness is about 17mm as opposed to the Procell 16mm. No issue in our ULX1 body packs or handhelds.

These batteries are powering two shure wireless mikes, older ones. We use them for 2 hour meetings and they have power to spare. Smart charger trickles current during the week so we don't have to worry about taking them out until the next meeting.

These batteries are oversized and will not fit in my guitar. If your batteries are nonstandard sizes, you should list this in the product details. Thanks for wasting my time.

Item is great I used for wireless mic systems that uses 9volts. They work great.

Only one of the 2 charging ports works on the brand new one I received.

Use these on wireless microphones. Won't last as long as Alkaline but put in fresh before each show and you are good to go.

Había probado un cargador de otra marca para baterías Ansmann de 9 voltios, no funcionó bien. Con el nuevo cargador se puede saber exactamente cuando la batería está completa (led verde) y parcial para o vacía (led rojo). También se cargan más rápido.
