Excellent High Protein Food - Love It!
I was so excited to find this pasta alternative on Amazon. I haven't had it in 15 years and have been looking for it. It is a fantastic high high-protein, organic food, especially for someone who doesn't eat meat and is perimenopausal who needs lots and lots of protein everyday. I have it with butter and salt. I cook mine for no longer than 4 minutes. If you need more protein, this is an excellent source. It is really hard to find soy products that are organic. My next purchase will be the large box. It does not taste anything like pasta, it has it's own taste.

Not as good as wheat spaghetti, but very low carbs. Use with no sugar added spaghetti sauce to keep blood sugar in control.

Inky mop
I liked the implied health aspects of this "pasta" but once prepared, has the texture and appearance of a dirty mop. Your man nor children will likely go near it!It is also extremely fragile and fidgety to work with been dry.. No doubt it would soak up sauce well, but then you'd still have to eat it.

I am not eating this.
The box was held shut only by a piece of 1/2” tape. The box was old, with those grey vertical lines that follow ridges on the cardboard. There were 7 labels stuck on the box, i think for shipping places. One converted the cooking directions. I assume some other label covered a use-by date, as i could find none. The 2 interior bags of what i hope were black bean spaghetti seemed undisturbed, but the dark spaghetti inside seemed brittle, old. I…. I’m not going to return this, because i opened it to inspect, but i’m also not going to eat it. Wasted money.

A nutty, crunchy pasta
This is a great food! It is far quicker to cook and has a intriguing nutty taste and crunchy texture. Last night I made a truly delicious pasta-like meal with this 'spaghetti' with a white sauce of tofu, feta, and basil. Yum! And a low glycemic index/load to boot. Recommended!
