Did you feel the product working (bubbling, causing sensitivity)--even a little bit--right away?

No and there was no sensitivity to the teeth or gums. Really like this product. I've used other products that caused sensitivity. Hydrogen peroxide products typically cause that bubbling sensation, not Carbamide peroxide.
