I have 1 gallon fish tank, how do i use this product? do I need to do a water change after first dips?

Seachem states: For 1 hour dips, use 3 mL per 4 L (1 gallon*). Dips may be extended if fish show no evidence of stress. It says nothing about a water change.

Does this kill leeches and leech eggs? Will be used in quarantine buckets for plants and decorations, not the tank.

Malachite green whish is active ingredient kills them so in theory yes it should work. I've used it for hdras and flukes which both tend to be more hardy than leaches.

Will this cause ammonia spike? Or, kill any beneficial bacteria?

I personally didn't have any problems. I used a half dosage twice a day and it worked well. I would use caution though with sensitive fish.

I have 37 gallon tank and how many times do i use to cure the ich?

I used a capful for my 37 gallon tank and followed the instructions on the bottle for the amount of daily treatments. Hope this helps. It cleared my tank of ich and will take care of any parasites. If you have shrimp. etc it might be too strong for them...I only had fish.
