Best insoles I have bought and I feel like I’ve bought a lot of them. I have them in all my sports shoes. They provide support and cushioning

I always thought I was bad at sport. These insoles have changed my life and now I love to run. Great cushioning, perfect fit and support. Must buy for a beginner runner who is struggling with trainer comfort.

Having started on Couch to 5K, I noticed searing pain in my heels after running (I believe Plantar Fasciitis), within 1 week the pain has all but gone, the only change is using these insoles, I highly recommend.

These insoles are worth every penny! I was getting shin splits when running, the moment I put these in that stopped immediately. So comfy and I even move them over to my everyday trainers for comfort!

This really works! Replaced the insoles from my Nike trainers and did not have to cut the insoles these were made for me. Plantar fasciitis pain has definitely reduced. Ran 15 miles yesterday and no heel pain. So glad I brought these.

These are super easy to fit on your shoes. Do the job well. Hadn’t realised my arch had dropped so badly. These are doing a great job. Not flimsy and I think theh will transfer easily between shoes

Perfect insoles for runners needing a bit more support.

Having always used the superfeet berry insoles for my running shoes, I thought I would try this option for an even better option. Having tried these out for three runs, I’m really disappointed and my feet hurt after only a few miles on the three occasions. I wish I had kept to what I’ve previously bought but hoped for longer marathon training runs, these would add an extra layer of comfort and support.

This wasn't a good product for my feet. It did not support the arch, and the heel bed was too narrow. It also did not hold my feet in place. I feel like it had too little support!

I tried them waljing around the house and they feel fine. I own a pair of the blue ones and I don't notice any difference with these one. We'll see how they perform when I'm running. Good: Package arrived early. They fit true size. Bad: The box was in really bad shape, almost destroyed and open. Insoles weren't in a bag like I've seen it before. I dont know if they've been used or not. I disinfected them just in case.

I have Ehler-Danlos syndrome, which means I'm hypermobile, and my feet fall out of place and roll when I walk. I have to wear tennis shoes, but my old shoes were discontinued and I couldn't find a good replacement. I went and got my gait measured at a running store, and the recommended these insoles with the ASICS GT 1000 neutral tennis shoe. Well, the results are amazing! I've been wearing them for 3 or 4 years now, and I'm about to buy my 3rd one of these insoles. My feet are stable and supported and it keeps my feet pain free.

I have worked in medical for 12 years and have worked with a few Podiatrists and Orthopedic providers. One thing they agree on is Superfeet as the go to for over the counter orthotics for those who can’t afford to pay upwards of $500 for customs. Just bought my first pair and they have been comfortable from the moment I started wearing them!! Definitely recommend.
