Why is sodium the number one ingredient? I have high BP also and don't need the sodium. Do you make one without?

The NOW manufacturer has to step up to the plate and confirm if this is true or if this was in an older formulation. MY bottle does not mention anything about sodium being in it but CLEARLY from the description on seller page it says this. So which is it? Sodium, Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum), (Fruit and Seeds) (Standardized to 80% Silymarin Flavonoids), Dandelion Root Extract (Taraxacum officinale) (4:1), Artichoke Extract (Cynara scolymus) (Leaf), (Standardized to 2% Cynarin), Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Cellulose, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
