Great tea, no period
I bought this tea to try and get my period early and was hopeful based on the reviews. Unfortunate for me, no period! But this tea has so many great health benefits and with honey and lemon, it’s very tasty.

10 Days Late and This Tea Surprised Me!
I was about 10 days late on my period and had been extremely stressed lately, but I knew I wasn’t pregnant. I was also dealing with uncomfortable bloating and just felt off overall. I decided to try a cup of this tea and was honestly surprised by my experience. Within a short time(minutes) I started feeling cramping and noticed spotting. I also felt like some of the deep bloating eased up and I felt more comfortable afterward. Everyone’s body is different, but I can say this definitely got my attention and I’ll be keeping it on hand!

Interesting flavor...
I bought this hoping this would help ease my cramps. Taste wise, it's definitely not my favorite tea. It's not something I'd enjoy drinking, but I can tell it has some impact to my period. When I want my period to come a little early so that I can avoid the peak day to be on the day I have to be out, etc., I drink this twice a day or so a few days before my first day. I do think this helps induce menstruation. I have very severe cramps usually, and this product doesn't really help with my cramps.
