I don't see where the pic of the Ingredients lists d3 Is the pic a mistake or does this not contain D3?

For faster absorption is it possible to brake open capsule and drink in water?

I have never opened one of the capsules, but because they are in two parts I would assume it is possible to do so

Is this liquid or powder? My doctor told me it should be a liquid capsule not powder.
